Delivery Information

  • Shipment

    -The client is asked to read all the information on the shipping costs policy and to give special consideration to the content of this section, for the directions contained therein form integral and substantial part of the present general Condition of Sale and therefore, the indications given are considered to be fully known and accepted by the Customer at the time the Order is placed.
    -The cost of shipping may vary, as it depends on the prices established by the carriers and on the good’s weight and destination. Shipping cost will be therefore calculated automatically and displayed before the order confirmation.
    -The client will be informed of the shipping via e-mail, which will contain the information about the shipped item and the reference number of the shipping box, in order to ensure the constant traceability of it.
     -Gold srls may be assessed upon the delivery and return costs in exceptional circumstances, e.g. in the case of occasional promotion campaigns, reported with dedicated banners on our website, with the aim to reduce or exclude further cost for the Client. In this case, these general conditions about the taking over of the shipping and return costs must be intended as repealed. In any case, the Client will never be chargeable of the shipping cost when it is related to errors attributable to Gold srls
    -No shipment can be made to PO Box or “in-care-of” address.
    -All Marynda’s shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of each item in Euro. In the case of discounted items or items purchased with a promotional price, the invoice will show the discounted amounts.
    -Shipment cost for delivery to Switzerland and European Union includes imports duties. Any local sale taxes, not linked with the imports duties, are not included and are born by the customer.
    -Shipments costs, import duties and local taxes in the other geographical areas are not included and are born by the customer.
    -Marynda is not responsible for any delay due to customs related controls and operations or to force majeure beyond the control of MARYNDA.
    -In case of payment with bank transfer, shipment will be processed upon confirmation of the receipt of payment.
    -Available items will be shipped on the first working day following the day in which the order has been placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the product.
    -In any case, Marynda reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond control.
    -Customers are requested to check the item received by the carrier before signing the receipt.  All Marynda boxes are securely packaged and sealed with adhesive tape with the Marynda’s logo on it. If the package seems to have been tampered, the customers must sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. In the event that the package has been clearly tampered or if the delivery has been accepted with a non-authorized sign, the customers are invited to contact MARYNDA immediately at info@marynda.com.
    -If the package cannot be cleared and delivered due to Customer’s responsibility (wrong telephone number or address, consignee always absent, etc.) or if the customer refuses the delivery, shipment costs and any import duty shall be deducted from the refund due the customer.

    ·         Delivery times

    -Generally, items are shipped on the first working day following the day in which the order has been placed and delivered by one of our couriers within 2 working days.  During particular periods, sales or holidays, delivery times can be lengthened.

    -Marynda processes shipments from Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Order placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.

    ·         Average estimated time for the delivery from the shipment day:

    -Italy: 1-2 days for the main destinations/3-4 days for remote destinations.

    -Europe: 2/3 days for the main destinations/4-6 days for remote destinations.
